For those travelling by car

Approaching from the Kanetsu (Hokuriku) Highway

Travelling times: About 10 minutes

Exit at Nagaoka Interchange and head for Kashiwazaki on Route 8

Approaching from Route 8 (Nagaoka City centre, Kanetsu Highway (Nagaoka interchange, and Kashiwazaki)

Leave Route 8 at Miyamoto Interchange and head for New Town. (Turn left when coming from Nagaoka City centre and Nagaoka Interchange, or turn right when coming from Kashiwazaki)

At the third traffic light (Signposted for the park) turn right. You will find the entrance to the park approximately 700 metres along the road.

Approaching from Route 404 (Koshiji Town)

At the Shinsan-yon-chome traffic lights turn left and head for New Town. At the third traffic light (Signposted for the park) turn right. You will find the entrance to the park approximately 700 metres along the road.
